Today the School Council delivered our Harvest Festival food to St Johns Community Store on Wawne road. Thank you for your support.
In the afternoon, Year 6 looked around the Design Technology facilities at @Kingswood_Acad and tried some DT and Food technology - making cars and decorating biscuits!
Year 6 enjoyed their workshop at @Kingswood_Acad yesterday. We solved a kidnapping in Science using DNA and microscopes to investigate fibres left at the scene!
Y6 had a great morning using their inference skills to find clues about the characters using a pair of shoes, followed by a photo and finally some text!
Y2 have experienced a fire today to help us write a poem. We heard the crackle, smelled the smoke and saw the dancing embers. Our poems are going to be brilliant!

Year 6 enjoyed making freeze frames this morning for a drama session based on our new book 'The Explorer'. We did some practise freeze frames then had to make a plane based off the front cover, before learning some lines to go with it!
A massive well done to Charlie in 6BR for taking part in the Great North Run over the weekend! We are so proud of you!
